Grover Furr argues the Holodomor story is fundamentally wrong in many ways.
When I look for the other side of the story, what I seem to get is basically just demonization of Joseph Stalin and communism.
Fake stories today about Ukraine, Zelensky, and Putin are making me believe Furr's version, because there seems to be a long history of demonization of "enemies" and glorification of "friends."
The lies of today are demolishing the fake truths of yesterday.
No, not fake. Exaggerated, and distorted beyond reason? Yes. People did actually die, and it was man-made, but it was not intentional. There was a food shortage. People were starving in Russia and Germany too, then. and the person most responsible for it, in my view, was the guy most responsible for the stock market crash. Who US Senator Carter Glass called "more than any 50 men responsible for this Stock Market crash" in 1929. This triggered a global depression, which also hit the US pretty bad. No mass starvation, but bad enough. Just as now, Ukraine was much more poor than the US and even Russia, so they were crushed by famine.
