What Actually Happened on October 7

 I was there on Oct 7th and could see clear as day what actually happened. I have posted extensively in the Arabic media on this. 

1. The initial response was entirely unprecedented. There was no resistance to 1000s of Gazans breaching what is normally a dangerous security perimeter just to approach 30 yards away.

2. The response that there was focused not on the breaches but on attacking Nova and that soon petered out.

3. The mass slaughter did not take place until after 2pm, 8 hours after the breakout. Two passes of 14 Apaches destroyed virtually everything on the ground indiscriminately. Any cars backed up were missiled. Anything moving was a target. At the same time the Kibbutzim came under attack from tanks 

There is nothing controversial about my account of what I witnessed as the leaked Apache cockpit footage is absolutely explicit. Oct 7th was an indiscriminate and savage war crime perpetrated principally by Israeli forces.

As for the accusations against Hamas, of which I am not a member, 27 of 27 have been proved false or have absolutely no evidence to back them up !!

Trita Parsi adds that while it appeared that Netanyahu didn't tell Israeli intelligence about his input, nevertheless an intelligence chief removed his daughter from the Nova gathering at 4:45 am, leaving the rest to die.

(My own belief is Netanyahu and key Israeli intelligence knew about the Hamas attack the whole time, in fact they were encouraging it.  They had spies in Hamas, they track Palestinian smart phones, and the border if not far beyond is full of Israeli cameras.  They wanted a big event to justify the following genocide.  It was why Netanyahu was behind some funding for Hamas in the first place, he wanted them to do things to justify harsh responses.  It's possible Netanyahu didn't realize how bad this would get, but I wouldn't count on that.)
